Covid-19 Guidelines

The page has been turned on a challenging year and we all have learned to do things differently. Tax preparation time will be different as well. Until the uncertainty surrounding Covid-19 subsides, we will implement new procedures designed to protect you and our employees.

We’re still here to serve you in our usual professional, timely manner. However, our goal is to limit the number of face-to-face meetings required to complete your tax return. In most cases, the process can be handled entirely by mail, fax, email, or by our convenient drop-box located inside our front door. You can use our 2020 Tax Information Checklist to help organize your documents and update your contact information.

Your completed tax return will be delivered to you either as a paper copy by mail, or electronically by email. We will provide complete instructions for filing. You can correspond with us by phone or email to resolve any issues.

We realize that not everyone’s situation will allow for an “appointment free” tax preparation. We will safely accommodate those that must be met face-to-face with masking, sanitation and common sense. Virtual appointments via Zoom, Skype or FaceTime are additional options to employ.

We know this will be challenging, but we will do our best to make things run as smoothly as possible. We appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, please let us know.
